i checked you are using images with different sizes .
one image is 290×193 px
and the other one is 281×211 px .
The plugin will resize the image with respect to the original image size .
Add all intro images with same standard size , and take a try .

June 14, 2014 at 5:05 am #538895Thank you for the point. Actually, there is nothing to do with the size of intro image. I added the new created categories to the JA thumbnail plugin and the system crops and re-sizes the images accordingly now.

June 14, 2014 at 5:37 am #538897The Plugin will resize/crop the image with respect to there original size .
The resized images are stored in the root/images/resize
you can add same dimension images
then delete the all images from images/re size folder
and take a try .
