Using Teline IV and uploaded images, but the Thumbnail plugin doesn’t seem to be working. None of the images in the content areas are being resized. They all appear as normal and none appear in JA News Pro or Front Page. Those modules are set to show images.

They are the same as others (755 folders, 644 files). Is there supposed to be a “resized” directory?

I’m not really willing to open the site up with 777 just to have thumbnails. That can’t really be an alternative, there must be another way.

Will be much easier if you give me admin account on your site login and FTP access via PM. Thank you.

Ok, so now it is creating some thumbnails, but not those on the NewPro or the New modules. Am I doing something wrong? Hongnt1 – I’ll PM you the logins… Thanks!

    Dear smartmax,

You can give me the admin account, the FTP Info via the ticket EZG-151-35031, then I will have further checking on the issue for you.

I’ve had some help from somebody, and gave me the tip to turn of the FTP-layer
    under ‘Global Configuration’ – ‘Server’
    ‘Enable FTP’ – “No”
    and it helped!

I am having this issue with JA news bulletin, but not with JA news Featured module. What do you think the issue could be? Could it still be permission based?

    Hi hamlethub,
Did you try to give your folders the full permission?
