Hi,

Actually I’m using Ja Slideshow II 1.0.0 for Joomla 1.5, my problem is that when I activate the thumbnails and try to click on it to get the next image it doesn’t work and the image disappear and I get a white box instead of it!! I tried that on Firefox and chrome but in IE it’s working without any problems.:confused:
if anyone can help me with that??

Are you serious that you are asking username and password in the forum. we obtain templates from my account. Please let me know if you want to verify from anyother source then posting username and password in forum.

Tom was not asking for your username, just asking that you logon with an account that is registered with us. As you can see from above, sainauu is only showing up as a guest and not a user that is licenced to use paid JA templates. As such we just needed the account holder to logon. I think Tom could have worded it a little better.

I will move this thread to the JA Edenite section of the forums and leave you in the capable hands of Frank.

please disable CSS joining and compression. I want to see what css files are loaded. Please get back to me when your’re done.
