I’m on my third attempt to post a support request (ticket). Every time I click submit there is a long wait (a minute or two) and then I get “504 Gateway Time-out.”

Hi Sleepigrl,

There might have been an internet connection issue at that time. It is working well now.

Pls try it again and get back to me with the screenshot if the problem still stays with you
