Article publish date/ time shows 3 hours ahead. Server timezone and Joomla Server Settings are true.
What is the problem? I cannot understand this cause?

There is my server time (php):http://mydoviz.com/zamantest.php (TimeZone is İstanbul)

Hi,

You can try to change the default template (JA Magz II) to a standard template of Joomla like Beez / Protostar and see how it goes.

Are you sure? This site is live and get traffics a lot. So i can not change to default template. The template’s helper file contains time function(s) may be this have a bug?

And i have wrote an URL for the testing Server time. Why are you asking the about default template?
