Hi,

You can go to Administrtor -> System -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Location Settings -> Server Time Zone -> Bangkok

Open the file : components/com_jacomment/controllers/comments.php

add this code

date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Bangkok');

above this:

$post['date'] = date("Y-m-d H:i:s");

around line : 1750
