    Please do not mark a post answered until that author of the post replies back telling you that the issues have been fixed or resolved.

    I am getting annoyed that I was giving a quick reply back to a issue that Ive had for 1 month. When you mark a post answered and the author has replied back to it The mods and Admin do not go back to check it.

    This will also help with repeat posts.

    The one thing that Ive always done and was taught that if someone calls, texts, emails or post something to you, you reply back to them even if you do not know the answer at the time it is the polite thing to do.

    I feel like a second rate member of this community because I get lack luster support and my questions go unanswered.

    We were told that when you guys switched from 2 templates to 1 we would get better support for older templates.

    The community begged you guys for a demo so we can catch the bugs. if you check that forum you will see things were never fixed, We deserve a updated template with the problems that effect everyone addressed.

    Jomsocial’s update came out on July 24th. A month ago and we get no update style.

    Some of the features ie Adding Video, formatting needs to be fixed.

    I understand they changed certain things around in there code BUT Joomlart made a commitment to give us updates because you (JA) decided to make a template for Jomsocial.

    Kunena is going to be updating to 1.6 Will I have to use a broken template or not upgrade for the simple reason of not having a mismatched site?

    => This is from our policy. When a staff of us replys a thread, he have to mark the status of thread to Answered . If this thread have been fixed, the status of thread is Solved.
