Hi,

It looks like you’re using a 3rd party extension for social sharing icons, could you try to check it with default Joomla template first? and try to share article to see how it goes.

Hi Saguaros,

I tried with Beez3 Template and it’s working. (You can see on attachment). So as i said i think it’s the same problem as Ja Magz II.

I need urgent solution pls

Hi,

Pls try adding the attached file to this directory: root/templates/ja_focus/html/layouts/joomla/content/info_block/

The social site may still caches the old info so pls wait for sometime to see it working.

UPDATE

Pls backup this file: root/templates/ja_focus (your default template)/html/com_content/article/default.php

and replace by the attached file (unzip first).

This updated file helps to show the description.
