Please provide us a good screenshot with the title in question.

Also, please check the URL of your web-site that you’ve entered into the “Access information provided for JA Staff”. It seems like there is no web-site with such URL.

Please open menu item for the articles where you would like to hide the menu title and in the “Options” tab set “Show Title” to “Hide”, just like on my screenshot:
