    Hope That Helps

    – Open your Site Administration
    – Within your administration CPanel (right there in the middle), click the “Category Manager icon

(alternatively, you can click “Content” within the top navigation, and then select “Category Manager” from the drop-down list)

You will then see the list of content categories – some of which correspond to the category headings within your JA NEWS module displaying on your front page (i.e. SPORT, ARTIST, TRAVEL, etc.)

It is here that you can change, delete or add any new Categories you want – and then assign your relative articles to them.

Again, these are different than the menu items within your Main Navigation menu – which you set up independently and then link them to the respective category sections (or whatever you want).

    FROM THERE . . . . .

    – Open your Module Manager (from your Site Administration CPanel)
    – Open your JA News (Default) module
    – On the right, you will see the module parameters – beginning with “Basic Options”
    – Under “Basic Options,” you will see “Content Settings” – within which is “Select Categories”

It is from here that you can select the category items that will appear within your JA News module display.

Incidentally, this information can also be obtained/reviewed within our JA TELINE IV USER GUIDE –> http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/userguide-ja-teline-iv-for-joomla-2-5/

    Make more sense now ??

Send me a private message with temporary access to your site administration, and I will take a look.
