In the short term you can simply force compatability mode for your website. All it involves is adding a simple meta tag to the head of your page and that ill fix it.

Long term there are a lot of templates for JA to go through to ensure IE9 Compatability. Many bugs have already been ironed out but others are cropping up. It will take time to find them all so we will have to be a little patient. The final release of IE9 is a very different beast to the RC with a huge amount of code being tinkered with by M$. Things that worked with the RC no longer work now. Fortunately a lot of things that didn’t work with the IE9 RC now work well with the released version. Let’s hope this release finally helps IE6 on its way to the grave.

I found out that when you turn ‘cufon’ off in parameter setting of the template, then there is no problem with the titles in IE.
