Hello, from my super administrator account I am trying to disable other users to be able to make a backup but it does not leave me and I deny access to this operation.
Any ideas?

Hi
If you are the super user you can disable the Access for the user from User > Manager Tab.
I suggest you to post the issue on Joomla forum with the error you are facing, so you will get a better reply on this.
Generally, it does happen to disable the user if you are a Super user.
