Please check the problem at:
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/a-serious-technical-issue-with-ja_news-category-tabs/
The Question is presented in the subsequent postings of that thread.
Included, are also some practical suggestions from other Members.I would sincerely appreciate your answer addressing the problem and any suggestions you may have to solve it, including access to the newly released JA-News module that fixes the issues indicated in my earlier posts. I respectfully believe that good business practice requires such a solution.
I am sure that you would not be happy, if you bought a car (paying good money) only to discover that the transmission did not work, and then were told that you now needed to buy a new transmission to fix the problem. That would not be a good business practice.
Please advise.

July 17, 2007 at 2:20 pm #224403Strange that no one reply on this one yet
July 17, 2007 at 6:06 pm #224424Maybe it is difficult for JA to make a decision and to make the New JA-News module available for free – (to replace the malfunctioning one that the Members have already purchased.) This is what happened wit JA-News 1.1.3, they did not make it free to all members qualified to download the JA-Teline package. (This is where my example with the transmission came from.)
But again, maybe they are busy trying to figure out the technical answer(s). I know that they are monitoring the Forums and I don’t suppose that they just decided to ignore this problem. We have to be positive.
I hope that the matter will be resolved fairly and without much delay.

Yes it is strange and it is starting to look like almost every new problem has something to do with JA not responding to plea’s for help.
