I have joined JoomlArt and purchased the Standard Membership to nuild a website with JA Teline template. As part of the JA Teline package, I installed the JA_News 1.1.2.

I am experiencing a problem with the Headline component of the JA_News 1.1.2. It shows other content item titles under the Read More… link and sometimes, it does not show thesecond or third link in some categories.

While searching for solutions, I discovered that there is a JA_News module v.1.1.3 now available here:
http://www.joomlart.com/downloads/cat/joomlart_club_extensions/ja_news/ja_news_1.1.3.html.

I suspect that the bug is fixed in this version 1.1.3, so I tried to download it. Unfortunately, this download is restricted to:

” This location is for paid members only. Join JA Templates Club to download. The following members can download: Developer,JA Extension Club .”

So, I now have to upgrade my membership? This does not look like a very good business practice.

Please consider changing your policy and making this particular module available to Standard Members who have access to JA_Teline template through their membership.

The newest version is in fact part of the JA Extensions Club, if you wouldn’t mind sending us an email I’ll see what we can organise.

canadawatch…Why not go back to version 1.1.1 that came in the original package. It works just fine and there was a thread I saw earlier that would suggest that version1.1.3 will cause still more problems with the Teline QuickStart Package.
