December 7, 2011 at 12:14 am #428291I hope I don’t judge at a hand.
But,why doesn’t the same issue occur at other JA template?(such as joomla17-templates.joomlart.com/ja_tiris/)
I try every templates of JA,there is no template like this issue. If JA make a test before release template, why does this issue happen now?Since JA provide the “auto”resolution to every template,it can’t limit users to set what resolution they use.
@jwbrett 287336 wrote:
Mr. Eruzak,
Perhaps a closer inspection of our templates before passing judgement would be in hand.
The reason you are seeing the slide bar at the bottom, is because you have reduced your browser to less than the full width of the template. This is NOT an error. Please scroll to the top and you will see the SLIDESHOW left and right arrows…extend past these points…by DESIGN.
Your image above is misleading as to the correct width of the template. So if you want your site’s width to meet the sides of the footer, you simply need to reduce the size of the slideshow.
Have fun

December 7, 2011 at 9:57 am #428381If the slideshow module width can be set to “auto”,it will be a good resolution.:)

Here’s a template that is different. Some templates are white, others are black, some are minimalist, some are artful. And now one comes that expands the side gutters.
Because someone prefers a different look does not mean it needs to be FIXED.
Above all they are templates…a starting point for you to express yourself. If there are elements you don’t prefer, then the beauty of it is, you can change it.eruzak Frienderuzak

December 8, 2011 at 11:44 pm #428827I know everyone has his opinions about different template.
But,I think a nice template or module should be fit for any resolution monitor who uses.@jwbrett 287555 wrote:

December 9, 2011 at 2:04 am #428848Hi all.
I think we should stop discussion about concept layout. Because it’s no right or wrong in this case. Depend on idea of each one.
Btw we should focus into @eruzak site .
@eruzak: As my old post, if you don’t mind please let’s me know . I’ll try to apply patch into your site to make it work as lower resolution as your needed.Thank you,

I thank your reply after all.
I will try another template to make installation to use. This template is not the best choice of my task.Though,it’s no right or wrong about template concepts.
I still really hope this slideshow module can be set to fluid width at backend panel.@jooservices 288105 wrote:
Hi all.

December 9, 2011 at 7:54 am #428901I actually think Eruziak is correct. Without the slideshow we have no scroll bar at the bottom. I am using a 1024 wide monitor and still get a scroll bar. This really is too wide for most users and detrimental to what is IMHO one of the best ja templates to date.

If you find one, we would be happy to take a look. But I am unaware of any slideshow module being produced with a fluid width.Thank you
