Would really like to put the tools somewhere else other then bottom right of my web page like at the top. to change color of theme. also not the plus sign maybe 2 color boxes showing all the time so the user is not confused and has easy visual access to it. i could put the graphics in with a link but how would i do that.

please any help on relocating tools for color change in this template. also have it open all the time and not slide in and out when you mouser over the plus.
