Hello, after updating to last version my tooltip on extreme right of the map are cut, and so part of the text is not visible. You can see the problem here http://www.doman.it/it/doman-nel-mondo on the stars in Australia and New Zealand. In image hotspot version 1.0.8 they were working right. Second problem is that in IE 11 tooltips have the worng height, resulting in a lot of white space. This problem with IE 11 is also on your demo of image hotspot.
