Not only does my tooltip tip disappear after I move the cursor off the link, but the link disappears too. I’ve tried disabling every plug in short of the T3 Framework plug-in as well as following all the tips in this forum: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-82344.html?.

Where exactly do I put this. Also, will it work with outside party tooltips. The code they use is:
{tip Tooltip Title::Tooltip text}Link text{/tip}.
