Hi,

I have recently had feedback on a site, and a common comment is that people are unsure what the site tools do. Many people who are not 100% computer confident do not feel comfortable pressing them to try them out. I think this is a real shame as I think they are really useful features.

Anyway, to clarify their function I would like to speed up the delay in the time it takes for the tooltip to appear, so that the instant the mouse hovers over the individual tools the little box pops up telling them what the button does, rather than having to hover for a couple of seconds.

How would i go about doing this – any ideas??

I am pretty sure that this is rendered by the users browser and is therefore something microsoft or firefox etc would have to address.
