Hello i checked and found the above issue .
The admin details provided by your are not working ,
Anyways The issue has been fixed in the latest T3 update .
Please Take a backup of your site . and update T3 plugin to latest version via JA Extension manager .
and check.

I have already upgraded the T3 plugin but the problem stay on
