I’m looking at the url you posted when you opened this topic
Anyway if you have photoshop than set resolution at 300 DPI and save it.

February 21, 2017 at 12:09 pm #1012530I’m sorry , you have an unpublished website where we cannot access it and you are asking for something different from a template customization or bug , this is a pretty graphic issue.
Try to search on google about it.
Regards.

Publish your website and also share a temp super user account to it
There is a big difference between image resolution and image dimension.

February 22, 2017 at 10:52 am #1012841I don’t agree
By my side it is working fine on all browsers .
Clean your browser cache , also browsers cannot change images resolutions, maybe it is the code ?
