Hi Jarocho !
You can do it following some steps below :
1.Open index.php file in templates/ja_iolite folder , find following code section at about line 105 :


<div id="ja-headerwrap">
<div id="ja-header" class="clearfix">


change to :


<div id="ja-headerwrap">
<div id="ja-header" class="clearfix">
<div id="topmenu">
<!-- load top module here : example : <jdoc:include type="modules" name="top" style="raw" /> -->

</div>


2. open template.css file in templates/ja_iolite/css folder, find following add following code section to that file :


#topmenu {
position:absolute;
top:0px;
left:20px;

}
