Hi,

I installed the JA Directory template to my new website http://www.kenyabusinessdirectory.co.ke using quickstart installation. However, on completion, the website wasis not showing as the demo version; notably the top menu and K2 listings are not showing. I need urgent help

Hi

There is no content or menus installed on your website , i can suggest to repeat the quickstart installation procedure starting from scratch , download again files from Joomlart servers and install them on a clean environment ( folder and database ) and install sample data

Regarding the K2 search bar as showed on the demo site you need to install the Ja K2 Search and filter Component and then configure it as showed into Documentation page

This is your hosting problem, you should ask them to enable mbstring
