Hi I tested your site in Windows 8.1 Pro with Latest Google Chrome .
But i have not found the issue that you mentioned .

Try to Disable your Browser extension + Clear your Browser Cache and check it again.

thanks you for quick reply, It happen when you scroll down on windows frame, once you scroll down the top menu move to the left, The browser is clear does not happen on firefox or chrom
