As you can see , in the Top Menu there are menus with capital letters

How can I make for example : ” Joomla ” with small letter menu ???

And DELETE the line below in RED.

border:medium none !important;
color:#999999;
display:block;
font-weight:bold;
padding:0 10px 0 0;
text-decoration:none;
text-transform:uppercase;
}
