    Hi,

I have set up my site with multiple languages using Joomla! core functionality. I am using the JA Minisite template.

Everything works fine except that the top menu (mainnav) does not toggle between each of the different menus that I have created for each language when I use the language switcher.

In fact, I see that in the template configuration I can only configure one menu (in the profiles tab -> menu setting). Whichever menu is configured here I can see in the frontpage but the top menu does not get updated when I use the language switcher.

A possible solution (I think) would be to have on template for each language and assign to each template the appropriate language menu. However, I have not been able to duplicate the JA Minisite template and assign a different language to each template.

Could you please suggest a solution so that the top.mainnav menu will change depending on the chosen language?

    Regards,

    -MF

    hi mfonolleda,

In this case you just need to create separate menu items for each languages, example you create a Home menu item for english and other one for german.

That is simple enough to help solving problem !
