I can only get the top module to show the “JA Slideshow II” if I have the “JA Newsticker” published as well

Any thoughts?

Hi jpbenning,
I’ve enabled it for you with these steps in backend of this JA Newsticker module:
– Publish this module
– Choose position: ‘newsticker‘ as our Demo
– In ‘Menu assignment‘ section: select menu in which you want to display this module.

I think I didnt ask the right question and I apologize for the confusion.

I do not want the newsticker to show, but if I disable it, the slideshow is removed as well.

Any thoughts?

Don’t know what you just did. One minute it was there and now it is away! Well it is on my Chrome and my Safari. I still see Featured Articles but not the newsticker. Did you solve it? (Otherwise I had a silly hack)
