Friends after I upgraded to T3 2.1.2 appeared the error in finding the top of my template JA NEX

Did you also know if the extension JA Thumbnail Will become responsive? Because the site is responsive but all the images are not from JA Thumbnail.

Please PM me URL, admin credential of your site so that I can check and help you out. It would be best if you send me the link associated with the images that are not responsive.

It would be best if you can put your site online, then I can have a closer look.

By default, the JA Thumbnail plugin in JA Nex is fully responsive. However, if your site is switched from vertical to landscape view, then JA Thumbnail plugin can not resize images accordingly. The auto-resize just works on page reload (the switch of screen does not require page reloading)
