Hi

In this file /templates/ja_rent/tpls/blocks/topbar.php find this line of code
```
<div class="topbar-1 col-xs-12 col-sm-5 hidden-xs">
```
and change it to
```
<div class="topbar-1 col-xs-12 col-sm-5">
```
If you are using local version then you should look at /templates/ja_rent/local/tpls/blocks/topbar.php
