About the topic content, please navigate to admin >>> Content >>> Article Manager and you will see that button as in attachment screenshot: http://prntscr.com/ebdx1p
Now Create a module a new JACM module Magazine Topic – links and assign it to position header-1 on all pages

Oddly, that simple explanation makes sense to me. I was confused by the category ‘Topic’ and I see now that articles from other categories can be added to appear in the module using the linked articles.
