hi – cannot get /?tp=1 to work anymore, it did at one time but has stopped working, i have tried everything – under template options, i have checked “ENABLE TEMPLATE INFORMATION”, can you please help – thank – steve

You have a fatal error on your backend

Try to solve it and then retry the /?tp=1 settings

hi pavit, thanks for the quick response, i looked at the ‘error’ message you provided but am not sure how to fix it or how it lead to a fatal error, it looks like it’s having trouble loading a component? any more help?

Reading the error ( JformFieldRadio) it seems to be related to the BreezingForm component , try to disable it and test again.

hi pavit, i did disable Breezing Forms as i had suspected it but it makes no difference, it still doesn’t work?? thanks – steve

Sorry but your problem is not related to Joomlart template but to Joomla core , try to disable components one at once and test your website , you can try also to update Joomla version to latest version released ,

Take always a backup first to make any change
