hi, supporter
i ever encountered traffic outbreak exceed my bandwidth limit.
which leads to my website down many times.
after check, i found alot of unexpected users registered and dont know how.
try to stop this, but does’t work.
i think someone is using my web sending out millions of spam emails which leads to the traffic outbreak.
pls advise any solutions to this problem.

Hello sunny
for the traffic issue , i suggest you to upgrade your server configuration , so that your server will handle the traffic .

if you have found that there are many users are registered on your site that are span . delete them immediately .
also change your admin/super user password , as there is a chance of hacking .
you can use google authenticate plugin that comes with Joomla for security ,
