please I don’t understand I change the word in french in /www/templates/ja_healthcare/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_healthcare.ini

But in my website it ‘is ever the english word

Could you help me please ?

Kindly change it from the Root folder not .
Open site directory /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_healthcare.ini
save changes and check .
