In the template ja_music I want to transform the phrase “WHAT’S NEW?” by another expession help me how?
then on the login module of the same template it is in English I seen it turn into another language like German how to proceed? I also help to transform the comment module, which is also in English in German also?

Open from back end << Menu >> Main menu >> Home Item >> Advanced Options Tab >> Page Display Options >> Page Heading >> Change it with your text

Did you installed the German language for your website ? it is the ja login module and you can find the language for it in this file languageen-GBen-GB.mod_jalogin.ini

It is the ja disqus debate plugin to have it in german you need to set it in your disqus account http://www.disqus.com

You need to access the website disqus.com and add your website to it

after that you can manage language for comment system from configuration panel
