I am trying to install multilingual module as shown in the demo in the top right corner. I have seen detailed guide on multilingual but can someone tell me quick steps here what to enable after installing multilingual module as the translator doesn’t appear in the top right corner? Thanks

First, you have to create multi language content on site with help of this documentation and after this create the language switcher module and publish it on your site.

I have added the language switcher but is doesn’t show on the template even selecting the right position on all pages? can you please check with the details?

First, you need to install the language and create new menu, category, article, template style, module for each language.
