How to translate the language file plug-in to another language such as Arabic, fronted and backed? Tried at the prime, it created the same file, but with a different language tag and just putting in place a translation, but in the administrative section with the mouse cursor displayed strange characters.

Hi,
Please check language file: en-GB.plg_system_jat3.ini in your language folder:

administrator/language/Your_Override_Language/en-GB.plg_system_jat3.ini
whether it translate that or not.
