the LATEST NEWS MODULE is on top of the page, the one that i tell is the one below the popular ones, in the documentation show the Introtext Limit 5.1 section

Hello Latest section is is main body content in the template homepage .
And LATEST is the page heading added in the homepage menu options .
GO to MENU>>>HOME>>OPTIONS>>PAGE DISPLAY>>>PAGE HEADING >>>>> http://prntscr.com/4pha9n

change the text as per your need .
