Any recommendations on what I can use to have my site in different languages? Not just translating articles, but everything. Perhaps autodetect country by ip address?

Hi,

You could try JA Translate plugin for your needs ( but i guess that auto translate with autodetect country IP address is something you have to wait until Joomfish for j1.7 comes out)
