may i ask you if you still provide QUALITY support for your members, especially developers or any other pay membership?Im asking it, because its 6 days from posting the ticket about problem with front – end translation in this template for Joomla 1.6. This translation working perfect in admin zone, but front end of template isnt translated to any language what i try (german, slovak, czech, polish).
Im using quickstart without any hacks or anything, i tried use this quickstart at my localhost and get same error, instalation of any language is ok, no errors, admin zone after changing the language working without any problem, changing of front end simply doesnt working.
I will be gratefull for any your respond, my ticket is simply ignored as i see, thats a reason why i writing this post here. Im using your templates as best for my customers, and now im trying your 1.6 templates, but without any support, you shoud not provide this templates for us, because its useless…:(:(:(

i fixed the problem without your help, but i appriciate your trying to help me after more than 8 days. For everybody, who has a problem with language switch with 1.6 templates from Joomlart, please upgrade this quickstarts to 1.6.1 because Joomlart didnt it.
Dear Joomlart, please for future, can you make your quickstarts always actual for recent versions of Joomla (Drupal, Magento), it will be much more easier, than wait week or more for respond, even the problem was so stupid (and i apologize for obtaining with it)…Best regards,

All our templates are updated for J 1.6.1 awaiting testing. J 1.6.2 is coming out on april 7, so by the time we roll out J 1.6.1 updated templates J 1.6.2 would be here. Since, J 1.6.1 is a major release, we can not blindly update all the quickstarts.
For few things it takes time. yes, about the reply time to your query, its a shame for such delays.
