PS. in Teline III simple replacement of templatesja_teline_iiifavicon.ico should work.

“Headlines” is coded in different files for the different versions of Jateline III:
version 1.3: in layouts/blocks/header.php
There it is coded as JTEXT; look for this line<em><?php echo JText::_('Headlines')?></em>
So you could change it automatically in a language file.
version 1.4: in site/modules/jmod_janewsticker/tmpl/default.php
look for this line:<em><?php echo $params->get('headtext', 'Headlines:'); ?></em>
In this template-version the module seems to be updated too, so it is now a parameter in the module-configuration: last item: HeadText
