Ok this is more clear and I think I did it, but in the company section there 2 position, const-about-1 const-about-2, the template have assigned the modules why us (const-about-1) and who we are (const-about-2), I made this and nothing happend

Your menu item “The Company” is using as template layout the “Uber construction Home” this layout has no such positions

The position “const-slide-home” is not a real position but it is created by the module with ID 574

same is for your positions const-about-1 const-about-2 they doesn’t esxist that’s why you cannot see them

You should find another solution for this problem

create a new block into layout and assign to it the 2 positions where you want to show your 2 modules
