how can translate this words in template ?

1- in setting menu

where found these words in any file to translate it

2- how translation this word “MORE“

3- the word “POST” where find it ?

please see screen shot and answer

Translate this text by opening language file for mod_janewspro in your language folder, change text for setting

SETTING=Settings
to
SETTING=Your text
