Hi

I modified header of JA Teline and created a transparent logo however I got issues with IE which the transparency does not work while it is ok with FF. Any help is appreciated. Regards Turgut

As i see it here you can just add your background to the logo also, no need for it to be transparent.

Or you could place your logo in a module.. and install the “correct png fix” bot 🙂

Hmmm.. when i think about it.. I recall a bot fixing the template whitout having to put it in a module.. try the “ultimate png” bot first…

Hi,

i heard sometime back that there is a know issue in IE that cannot display PNG- 24 correctly. Try reducing the quality to PNG-8.

Save yourself the headache and just save your logo as jpeg file. As the original logo was a gif file I’ll assume you already know where to change the css to accomodate the new file type for the logo.

png-8 works about as good as a gif, you will need the matting that you don’t need with png-24. 😉
