Hi
Add below code in custom.css file to make the main nav bg color transparent

.t3-mainnav {
    background: transparent!important;
}

Some items in the main nav using the category color that has the white bg color so they remain white : http://prntscr.com/bmf5w1
You need to apply same style on the category color classes in order to change their BG color .
