This module works only for the Topic type articles.
Kindly create the articles with type topic and add the category of these articles in the Trending topics module.
save and check.

I’d already try that but, without result.
I create article in category A, I create topic in the same category, I choise category A on the module, but the trending topics is empty !

I don’t understand which 3rd party extension cause the problem. I try to desactivate arkeditor but without success,

Hi
its because you changed the header-1 position name with media home.
I just reset it from layout options and module is showing now
