I am following the user guide with much success until I got to setting up the Product Page.

What I want to see are the articles within a Category to all be listed with a thumbnail image and some text just like the user guide but all I get is a list of the Articles the represent the menu items.

The example is #8 on the guide post – http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/userguide-ja-droid-template-for-joomla-2-5/

I am guessing that I have something wrong with how I have the backend menu item setup like the example but I do not see a setting for “Blog Layout Options” on within my configuration

Any guidance or steps would be appreciated

as the demo, this page is used to display the list of categories, not articles, now you select the “List All Catetogories” for the Menu type and configure for all parameters same the demo did, then check this again

Thank you but still now luck..

What I did based on your note above is

1. Change menu item type – List All Categories
2. Menu title is “About us”

3. Alias – aboutus

4. Last change to setting was Select Top Level Category – selected “About Us” which has 4 articles connected to it.

Now I only the text in the Category but do not see the articles like you have on the demo site..

I must be missing something…

So I have made more progress – I setup a quick start of Droid to inspect the configuration and have figured out part of the solution but still need your help!

I have the sub-categories appearing on the page like PRODUCTS but I want them to appear in 2 columns and can only get them to show up as a singe column.
