November 17, 2009 at 9:02 pm #146125I’m using Blue Flame Forms for an e-commerce site. And trying to place them in the JA tabs module doesn’t seem to be working. The articles show up in the tab, but the content of those articles where the forms are is blank. So I have empty space under the tabs in the module.
http://74.62.155.155/~creative/index.php?The module is on the right side.
I’m not sure if it is the forms themselves that are the trouble or if there is something preventing it from drawing up the actual content from the article. I don’t think it is because I’ve changed what articles display, and so far nothing comes up.
It also doesn’t seem to come up if I switch it over to a modules instead of articles.
In the parameters I have it set to Article ID and three articles each with a form.
So long story short, why is it not drawing and displaying the content of the articles?

November 24, 2009 at 3:37 pm #324807I’ll have my staff generate a version of the JA Tabs with forms inside of it. Something related – when the JA Tabs appears on the same page as a BlueFlame Forms form (not inside the JA Tabs, but to the side), the tabs stop working. (http://74.62.155.155/~creative/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=65&catid=51&Itemid=69 is one example). I bet if one is solved, the other will probably be solved as well.

November 26, 2009 at 4:03 am #325025Hi archerwebsolutions
This issue is from BlueFlame Forms component.
This component is using Jquery but it does not add jQuery.noConflict() to this component.
Please add:
jQuery.noConflict();
after including jquery.js file.

November 26, 2009 at 5:22 pm #325073Question on clarification – where do I insert this code? Into the html in the component, or in the page inside of a <script> tag, or do I add it to the library?

December 1, 2009 at 3:15 am #325321Hi archerwebsolutions
Could you submit a ticket, send us your ftp account again?
Your account which you sent is incorrect. I will help you fix it.
Additional, you should contact with the author of this component to fix your issue because this code should include in this component.

December 16, 2009 at 8:27 am #326715I’ve added the “jQuery.noConflict();” code to the page after JQuery is loaded, but I’m still getting a collision between JA Tabs and Blue Flame Forms. Any other ideas?
