Trouble with Inaccessible Position of window in Article Manager

I am having a very annoying problem that was not mentioned in the previous threads. I have downloaded Iris 2 days ago and installed it in Joomla 1.5R3 version. The problem I am experiencing is as follows.

When I am in Article Manager and if I press the preference button, the window that opens can only be viewd just a quarter of the whole window and is not accessible at all. Therefore you can not configure the page.

The same problem also occurs with different widnows. For example when you are inserting an image into a new article; the window that opens only can be viewd on the bottom corner of the main window and can not be accessed to insert the image that you want.

You can not move, pull or drag the window that has opened. I have tried to move it but it won’t badge.

Surely, this sounds a major bug of the software and I have not seen any discussions that solves this problem. Can the joomla art team suggest anything to retify this major problem.

Am I the only person who is experiencing this problem? Have people installed Iris with J!1.5R3 and is it working fine? I realy need to know?

Secondly, Since I am new to this club; can anyone tell me how long it takes to get a repsonse from the JA team. It can save me from checking the forum every 10 minutes.
