I installed JA Extension Manager and I am having so many issues. Do I need to upload every single extension to the repository? If yes, I try to upload and it keeps saying the path does not exist?

Can I update my template and the extensions with the Joomla updater or I have to use the JA Extension Manager

I have a lot of customization done on my JA Nex Template and if a new version comes, what would happen?

Hi

You can use the Joomlart Updater service instead of the Local service , simply edit the service adding your Joomlart account and make it as default service for the updates.

If you use for your customizations the custom.css all your customized changes will be not overrided with the updates
