    I’ve been trying to get my membership fixed for a while now and notified them months back that my membership was wrong.

    I purchased the three month membership on accident and contacted them to upgrade to the yearly. Joomlart Rep then told me to paypal the difference between the three month and the yearly – which I did promptly.

    Now I haven’t been able to get on to my account to download for three months as the three month membership ended in June – when it was supposed to be upgraded to a yearly membership.

    Contact has not been responded to.. any suggestions?

    Hi Stephan Noack

    Your account is now fixed. Because the system updated membership status automatically, your account in fact had been upgraded to 1 year but it is reverted back to 3 months after the cron job. I have updated the payment amount from your two transactions so things will be fine from now on.

    I am sorry for the delay and thank you very much for your patience.
